New York Career Day: Opportunities for Italian Researchers

Taking place on Tuesday, May 10, from 3:00-6:00pm CET, this Zoom event will guide Italian researchers in planning their scientific career, finding research opportunities in New York, identifying funding resources, and receiving mentorship when applying for research positions. Participants will learn about exciting research opportunities in New York and the resources that are available to help secure these positions, and participants will meet institutional administrators and researchers who can provide advice and assist with the application process.

In the attached flyer you will find the complete agenda for the event and a list of speakers and  institutional, foundation, and society collaborators. We aim to target scientists looking to do postdoctoral research in New York in all biomedical fields, ranging from basic to preclinical and translational research. We would greatly appreciate your help in sharing this flyer with researchers at your institution, specifically PhD and MD students looking to conduct postdoctoral research in the biological and biomedical sciences, as well as postdocs seeking more experience in a second postdoc position.
