Training for Employees

Mandatory for employees:

- GENERAL Training.

- SPECIFIC Training for LOW Risk Activities:

This Training Course is for LOW Risk activities, delivered in e-learning mode, it is aimed at all Workers* of University Facilities. Employees who carry out their activities in the Administrative and Humanistic Structures, training obligations are considered completely fulfilled at the end of this course.

- Training for SPECIFIC risk activities:

Employees who carry out their activities in scientific, medical and technological structures must follow this additional course.

 

* Worker (art. 2, Legislative Decree 81/08): person who, regardless of the type of contract, carries out a work activity within the organization of a public or private employer, with or without pay, even for the sole purpose of learning a trade, art or profession, excluding domestic and family service workers. In the University, this definition includes: Employees (Teaching Staff, Technical-Administrative Staff), Contractors, research fellows, interns, civil lawyers, equivalent students. (*Lavoratore (ai sensi dell’art. 2, DL.gs. 81/08): persona che, indipendentemente dalla tipologia contrattuale, svolge un’attività lavorativa nell’ambito dell’organizzazione di un datore di lavoro pubblico o privato, con o senza retribuzione, anche al solo fine di apprendere un mestiere, un’arte o una professione, esclusi gli addetti ai servizi domestici e familiari. In Università rientrano in questa definizione: i Dipendenti (Personale Docente, Personale Tecnico-Amministrativo), Contrattisti, Assegnisti di Ricerca, Tirocinanti, Civilisti, Studenti equiparati.)

Other courses:

Training for Emergency officers:

Emergency officers must necessarily follow an initial training course and periodically refresher courses.

Initial training course of n. 16 hours and final exam structured as follows:
- 4 hour theoretical training at the University;
- 12 hour theoretical/practical training at the APT (fire protection service) headquarter.
Passing the final exam entitles you to n. 1 CFU.
The update is normally carried out every 3 years:
4-hour theoretical refresher course at the University.
4-hour practical refresher course at the APT headquarter.

First Aid Training Courses:

First Aid Officers must follow an initial training course and periodically refresher courses:
- 12 hour initial training course (for administrative staff) final exam;
- 14 hour initial training course (for staff who carry out their work in the laboratories) final exam.
Passing the final exam entitles you to:
- 12 hour course 1/2 CFU;
- 14 hour course 1 CFU.
The update is normally carried out every 3 years:
- 3 hour theoretical refresher course at the University.
