The Boehringer Ingelheim Fonds (BIF) awards travel grants of up to three months duration to MD and PhD students, as well as postdoctoral researchers from all over the world.

Deadline: Applications for travel grants may be submitted at any time, but must reach the Boehringer Ingelheim Fonds (BIF) at the latest six weeks prior, but not earlier than six months before your proposed departure date.

• PhD Fellowships

The Boehringer Ingelheim Fonds (BIF) awards PhD fellowships of 2 to 3.5 years to outstanding junior scientists worldwide who wish to pursue an ambitious PhD project in basic biomedical research in an internationally leading laboratory.
